Video interview: Is harmonization around water and sanitation possible in Ghana?

Mawuena Dotse of Maple Consult, who prepared a sector evaluation commissioned by WaterAID Ghana, tells Nick Dickinson and Michele Adjei-Fah about the two constraints he sees to harmonisation around water and sanitation in Ghana. The first is the lack of leadership and the second is lack of pool funding at the Community Water Supply Agency level. At the moment, donors are having a "field day" according to the Mawuena Dotse.
