Which organisations are involved?

  • The lead partner and host in Burkina Faso is CREPA (Centre Régional pour l'Eau Potable et l'Assainissment à faible coût).
  • WASHCost in Ghana is being implemented by a partnership led by the Department of Civil Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
  • Working in close cooperation with the Department of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, the lead partner for WASHCost India is the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS). The other two partners are the Watershed Support Services and Activities Network (WASSAN) and the Livelihoods and Natural Resource Management Institute (LNRMI).
  • The lead partner for WASHCost in Mozambique is the Direcção Nacional de Àguas (DNA) while the project is hosted by CoWater Consuldores Lda.
